1st Round Pick Defenseman Alex Pietrangelo - Pietrangelo is on the Blues so he is no longer considered a prospect.
2nd Round Pick Center Philip McRae - McRae is playing for Tappara in sm-liiga in Finland in 2013-2014. He remains property of the St. Louis Blues for 4 more years although his signing with Tappara was a surprise to the Blues.

2nd Round Pick Goaltender Jake Allen - Allen is expected to play for Chicago in the AHL in 2013-2014.

3rd Round Pick Center Jori Lehterä - Lehtera turned down a contract offer from the Blues during this offseason and signed a two year contract to stay with Sibir Novosibirsk in the KHL where he was the 5th leading scorer in 2012-2013. Lehtera who is 25 years old may never come over to play in the NHL.

3rd Round Pick Right Wing James Livingston - Livingston was not signed by the St. Louis Blues by the deadline and became a free agent. He was signed by San Jose Sharks and assigned to Worcester in the AHL in 2011.
3rd Round Pick Right Wing Ian Schultz - the St. Louis Blues traded Schultz, along with Lars Eller, to the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for Jaroslav Halak on June 17, 2010.
4th Round Pick Defenseman David Warsofsky - The St. Louis Blues traded Warsofsky to the Boston Bruins in exchange for Vladimir Sobotka on June 26, 2010.
5th Round Pick Defenseman Kristofer Berglund - Berglund will play for Vaxjo in the SHL (Swedish Hockey Leagu) in 2013-2014.

6th Round Pick Forward Anthony Nigro - The Blues did not re-sign Nigro in 2013 and he signed a contract as a free agent with Idaho in the ECHL on August 26, 2013.
7th Round Pick Goaltender Paul Karpowich - Karpowich is an unrestricted free agent who has not been re-signed in 2013.
